 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The biggest issue I experienced here is the extremely long waiting time. Even after taking an appointment and arriving at the scheduled time, you may have to wait for 1–2 hours before the treatment actually starts. By then, the entire purpose of taking an appointment is lost. I understand that delays can happen, but if the doctor or clinic knows that the appointment will be significantly delayed, the patient should at least be informed by phone. A simple call saying, “Your appointment will be delayed, so please come a little later,” would save the patient from unnecessarily waiting for hours. People make appointments and arrive on time expecting the treatment to happen around the given time. Waiting for one or two hours without any prior information is extremely disappointing and inconvenient, especially when you are with a child. I sincerely request the Doctor to please look into this issue and improve appointment scheduling and communication with patients. If there is going to be a delay, please inform the patient in advance rather than making them wait unnecessarily.
